It felt like it was a returned product. Moreover, the parts were incomplete. Communication with the seller was quite slow too.
Is this really a 12ft trampoline? If I had known, I would have bought a bigger size. The picture made me feel like the trampoline was huge, but in reality, it can't accommodate multiple children playing at once.
The instructions weren't very clear, and I'm not very skilled at assembling things, so it was a bit challenging. There were some rough edges where I needed to wear gloves. But apart from that, the quality is pretty decent.
it's been a very good shopping experience. The installation process was smooth. It's faster to install with two people, but if you're an expert on assembly, you can do it alone. There are instructions and videos available. My 4 year old daughter especially loves this trampoline and plays on it every day!
