It is heavy and awkward for me, however I find it is worth the effort, it heats and cooks stuff so much better.
Very very glad I bought it. It makes the chicken some waste and it browns on top one pot is outstanding only way to cook nowadays I tried spaghetti next will be pork chops.
It's of great quality and has an elegant and delicate appearance. The soup cooked in it tastes especially delicious and it's not easy to stick to the pot.
A well-designed soup pot that prevents overflow, with a festive and attractive red color.
The first pot I got had paint off outside the pot. I had to return it. The 2nd one is very nice. I used it to braise whole chicken.
